Rephlex-Grant asked me to tell you all that Analord will
ship next week! There has been a small delay, but the
problems seems to have been sorted out now.....

Thanks for the update Phobs.

Grant: An email mentioning this, sent to the analord mailing
list might be an idea. Some people who've ordered it don't
come here/to watmm. Cheers.

Very good point Ceri. Good customer service innit. They
should have let us know. Endemic problem with stoners is
their lack of getting their fingers out of thier arses
though.

Sorry Grant you are probably working your socks off as we
idly scribble crap on here :o)

sending an e-mail would be the best way to go about it. Of
course grant and richard are too busy rolling around in the
cash naked to be bothered to take a minute or two to send
something. good things come to those who wait. so
hopefully i'll have it next week pronto...maybe with parts 1
& 2 tucked in the sleaves as well for the delay?

i'm sure they have i'm just busting balls thats all. I'm
just happy we're getting some new aphex & all. Chances are
i'll see cylob down in NYC first before i get my anal ord
er. maybe he'll play a couple tracks down there. lil bummed
but what can you do other than wait and wait and wait
and....you get the picture.

i don't understand why they don't send out a mail to all
customers saying it has been delayed and it's shipping next
week. that's the appropiate thing to do

must be like wine, the longer you wait the better it gets .)

Rephlex is a very small, mom & pop operation. It's not like
Amazon or anything. All this work is done by just a handfull
of people, so it is important to exercise some patience when
you support independent record labels. Plus they were trying
to orchestrate the release during the holidays which is so
hard to do.

Just think, in a few months you are going to have 20-30 new
aphex tracks.

Wicked!! Cottage industry stylee. With my DetectiveKit®
I'll retrieve their fingersprints from the sleeves and have
them cloned in latex and attach them to my fingers for the
massive bank heist I have been planning.

I know that's true and I don't mind the delay, but even if
all hands were on deck working to get it out, how long would
it take to send an email to the list explaining the delay
(particularly as they've already said it's "shipping" which
to me means, is in the hands of the courier)? 5 minutes
tops?

They don't even have to explain why just a short one like:

Dear Customer,

Sorry, due to circumstances beyond our control, there has
been a delay with getting Analord out on time. Don't worry,
we have everything and it will go out next week.
Thanks for your patience,

The Rephlex Team.

Unfortunately it's all about supply and demand. They have a
wicked product that everyone wants but they don;t have the
infrastructure to get it into our hands. I just hope they
make some money from this and spend it wisely so we can look
forward to more quality wax.

that's what i find remarkable. it said in the email "it's
shipping"
so you would expec they got it out the day they send the
email.

rephlex done it again, causing hysteria.
they sure know how to get proper attention without too much
effort.
